The Durham Diamondbacks displayed how well they can hit while running on all cylinders, one of their best games of the season scoring an unheard of 38 runs.

Brandon Dobrowolski who was a large part of the D-backs championship in 2022 was called up Tuesday night to help with the dwindling roster.

“From the get go, this lineup, one through ten, can change the ballgame with one swing of the bat,” Dobrowolski said. “That’s part of our game. We’re never out of it until the very last out.”

After days of consideration The Diamondbacks coaching staff have decided to remove the "hitting into a double play" fine from 3rd baseman Jeff kingdons record. Kingdon "purposely" hit into a double play to end the inning and the game, robbing Arsenault of a 7th at bat.

"The inning was never ending and I just couldn't take it any longer, people have to get home to their families, we had the game locked up. "Kingdon told reporters"
