With a couple of tweaks in the lineup and positioning changes, The Durham Diamondbacks were back to their old selves scoring an unheard of 27 runs in the first five innings.

Tension was high on both sides, as the game went on The D-backs did not let up taking extra bases every chance they got. The father Dodgers became more frustrated every passing inning until they hit a boiling point. The unsportsmanlike chirping towards 1st Baseman Arsenault did not help, The very next at bat he would hit a bomb to left centre silencing the Dodgers dugout.

Shortstop Steve-o had another great game throwing two double plays and multiple run saving throws to home. At the time of writing it was unclear if he will be available for game #3, as it was said he has "plans".

Rookie outfielder Brandon Dobrowolski is fitting in nicely, bringing a bunch of beer and including Lagunitas is always a nice touch. with a series of unfortunate events the post game festivities came to an early and abrupt end. Someone decided to drive their vehicle onto the soccer field, crank the music and start playing soccer. that was a sure sign to pack it in and call it a night.

The Diamondbacks will host The Father Dodgers in game #3 on Monday night to decide who moves on to the finals.
