assignment D-BACKS 5th straight WIN

Some work would still need to be done if the Diamondbacks want to increase their chances of clinching the division title.
In the second game of the mid week double header The Diamondbacks would take the field one man down, with the 10th on his way.
The A-team would waste no time taking advantage of the gap in centre field, scoring six runs in the first inning. Most against The Diamondbacks in a single inning. all season.
The A-team would see an early 6-2 lead evaporate as the game went on and the 10th man made an appearance. By the forth inning The D-backs would take the lead and would not look back going on to win 19-16 and regaining first place in their division.
Jessey Thompson hit his 6th homer of the season 3rd of the night, but the real hero tonight was the "bringer of beer" Sean Roder.
Whoever keeps telling yoga Dave when no-show Joe will be in the lineup PLEASE! PLEASE! 🛑STOP🛑
The Durham Diamondbacks now have a 12-4 season record, some desperately needed time to heal The D-backs will have a week off when they will then face off against The Renegades in the final series of the regular season. Winner of this series will win the division title and earn home field advantage through the playoffs.
