One game after snapping a three-game losing streak, old issues cropped up for the Dbacks.the Diamondbacks had some early struggles, and coming off a big game, the Dbacks offense went quiet again as IHT prevailed,39-14 on Monday night at Clarington field. It was the dbacks fourth loss in the past five games.
The Dbacks had reason for optimism coming into the game. Vokey had pitched great in his previous two starts, and the offense seemingly found its footing with a 26 run outburst in the first game of this series.
However, IHT jumped on the Dbacks early and often, scoring seven runs in each of the first five innings. leading to the worst defeat in Diamondbacks history.
