assignment Village INN 21 @ DBACKS 23 WIN!!!

A Quick five minute break and the Diamondbacks would get a chance for redemption. Both teams would start off a little faster with the Dbacks again taking a one run lead after the 1st inning 6-5. With the Dbacks bats waking up they would go in front 11-5 by the end of the 2nd.
A game and a half in and still not a single home run, until the bottom of the 4th James comes up to bat and smashes one to left field. Diamondbacks would post another 7 run inning.
"James talking about the sunset minutes before smashing a home run to left field, inspiration? I think so."The Diamondbacks would hold on to the lead and never look back. tying the season series with The Village Inn 1-1 until the next time they meet on August 17th where Village Inn will hold home field advantage.
This new Dbacks squad has a lot of offensive power and after a few more games together I am sure the bats will be on fire. Unfortunately they have an 11 day break until they step on the field against I'd Hit That.
