assignment Dbacks 17 @ Station 2 16 W

Station 2 in their rookie season would be taking on The Durham Diamondbacks in the mid week single game.
With five sign outs The Dbacks would be forced to call up Dave Stewart and James Davis to THE SHOW. Currently The Dbacks team is batting well over .600 as a team, as long as they keep this up they should be able to make quick work of this young and inexperienced team.
Top of the first The Dbacks would quickly take a 5-2 lead. This didn't stop in the second when Jamie and James go back to back taking a commanding 12-6 lead. Up comes George Savaidis, who by the way Finally has been sticking with the same bat hits a rocket to right field, hits the foul poll and just like that he has hit his first home run of the season and first as A Dback.
Station 2 would not just roll over and die, they chipped away until it was just a one run game but with a roar "I GOT IT" from right fielder Sean Roder and a great running catch the game was over. The Dbacks are now on a 4 game winning streak.
On a different note, unfortunately Steve Oliveira's bat has went missing it is rumoured that it is currently in a lock box at George Savaidis house guarded by poisonous snakes.
